Friendly staff and the food came out hot and fresh. Excellent fries and the ultimate sandwich made with the ribeye was great.

original steak and hoagies has the best cheese steaks in lorain county , i come here once or twcie times a week with it being so close to my home and am never disappointed , i recommend the original steak sub with the melted cheese wiz, and they are super quick , always fresh , and good quality ingredients, 5 stars for sure 👍

Ate here recently and the food came out hot and fresh. Ordered original cheese steak and some barbeque wings. Both choices tasted good. Downside is the prices are a little high on everything and floor was completely sticky!

Horrible, 3 of us walked in got order. Then only 2 meals came out. Then 30 mins later the guy working is late and arguing with Co Worker yha5 he gas talk to him like a man. Such I'mprofessionalism in the store, worker refused to give sandwich and told him to leave. So....bad

Food was delicious and service was quick especially being the first week this location is open. Please remember all food is MADE TO ORDER there are no warmers or pre cooked foods so its gonna take longer than 30 seconds to get your food. But the wait is well worth it. If you like REAL Philly Style Cheesesteaks this is the spot to go.

This serves the best cheese steak that I've ever had outside of Philadelphia! Also, the Whizzy Tot's are amazing! I absolutely love this place and the staff and owner are great people. Everything about this place is awesomeness, I can't recommend it enough.

Food is great! Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is sometimes they forget some items, but other than that I've had good experiences with em!

Great food and fast service!

My first time eating there and last. I had to wait long on my order and the large cheese steak was more bread than steak. The price was high for sandwich with little meat. I' ll stay with gyro house for same sandwich but I would be getting drink and fries at the same price. This place can't say they are serving a true Philly cheesesteak from Philly.

Not worth the money, bad quality beef. A lot of gristle and fat. All you can taste in the hangover cheesesteak is hot sauce. Both eggs were also extremely underdone. There was hardly any blue cheese on the black and blue cheesesteak. I would not recommend!!!!

I was sceptical at 1st but spur of the moment stopped ordered and ate, it was very good.i ordered a small sub which i couldn't finish that night. It was more than enough. 👍

The sandwiches are always hot made to order and fresh. Bread was soft with that lightly toasted exterior.

This new location is AMAZING!!!! If you like a little heat, try the "spicy"!! You can order it as a sandwich, wrap or bowl; I had it as a wrap and it was delicious!!! 100% ribeye meat ( cooked perfectly!), and was topped off with spicy mayo, peppers and provolone... perfect amount of heat. I will definitely be back!

I ordered their food online and I paid way too much for what I got. The food was pretty salty. I got bacon cheese fries w/ chicken tenders and they used bacon bits instead of actual bacon pieces. ALSO there was a short black hair in my chicken tender.. I didn't realize it until I almost bit into it.. Super disgusting. Do not recommend.

Just got food from Original Steaks and Hoagies... HORRIBLE! Ordered a Pizza Philly, got a shredded meat sub... nothing remotely close to what it was supposed to be... No pizza sauce, no cheese... nothing! Also ordered Loaded fries... the fries were so overcooked I would've been better off dumping cheese sauce in a bag of Lays potato chips and adding a pinch of Bacos fake bacon pieces! I wouldn't eat there again if it was free!

The best cheese steak around this area for sure! If u like Pat's or Geno's in Philly then u will like this one! It's like the 2 places had a tasty Philly cheese steak baby together and it moved to Cleveland! I will definitely be back.

Managers attitude needs an adjustment. Needs to understand what customer service means. We aren’t always right but when a complaint is made be willing to hear it out without catching an attitude. Or better yet don’t screw up orders or serve cold food!

Happened upon this hidden gem while out with the family. Food was excellent and service was good. Definitely going to make another hour drive for some more in the future.

Good steak sandwich, fresh cut fries. Sandwich is higher price because they use better (ribeye meat) steak and ingredients.Got mine without hot peppers.

Easily the best philly I have had in 33 years of eating.

Stopped this afternoon after work and was stoked how good it was! I got the original cheesesteak to go and was still piping hot when I got home. All the flavors blended well together and the steak was extremely tender. They have an extensive menu and the wait isn't long. You can even order online. I will definitely be back!

The family and I got their quarantine special today. The food was amazing! We live about 15 - 20 minutes from the restaurant and our food was still hot and ready to eat. Hubby said the customer service was great. Very good and we will be returning!

We tried this restaurant through our Door Dash App just to try something new. The food was bland. A lot of meat, no flavor. I was really disappointed. 😒

This place makes the best steak sandwiches I ever had! Their rootbeer tastes just like the old fashioned kind. If you eat their sandwiches you will never go back to steak ums again. The man behind the counter was awsome! He made you feel comfortable and did not rush you. I wish I had one in Parma Hts

The food wasnt all that great and the service was bland also and their game machine ripped me off and the employee seemed like he didnt care and walked away. Never again. $34.00 hmmm. Back to Mr Hero's.

This was our 2nd visit to the restaurant, hoping the food would improve. The service wasn't bad, but the restaurant showed signs of wear even as new as it is. Broken chairs, wobbly tables, dinged + scratched walls. Salt + pepper shakers were empty + we had to check 3 tables before we found ketchup. Plenty of malt vinegar if that is your preference.The cheesesteaks were to have been prepared fresh, but the sandwiches arrived cold and one had an unidentifiable item on it. We had to ask for the fries "well done" so they would arrive fully cooked and hot. The pretzel we ordered came out covered in a layer of grease and the dipping cheese was solid. If you don't drink Coke, Diet Coke or Mountain Dew - you were given the option of a generic fountain drink. We won't be going back.

Service is good. But prices are to high for the portions you get

I originally made a bad review but after speaking with the owner personally on the phone I deleted it. It’s good to know that the owner of this company takes such pride in his business and was so eager to fix my problem. He replied to complaint within 10 minutes and definitely went out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

Husband and I went there for the first time on Sunday and were extremely disappointed. Waited 10 minutes just to order and another 30 for our food while the people behind us got theirs rather quickly. Sandwich was nothing but fat completely inedible. I ordered the whizzy tots completely burnt! The smell was horrible I was almost sick. Husband got the loaded fries nothing but grease. Service sucks the food sucks. Emailed the managers still haven’t heard back. Definitely will not recommend or be back!!! I’ll stick with the steak sub from Sheetz 100 times better!!!!

Food was delicious. The Cajun fries with blue cheese cream tasted like I was eating a baked potato with the works. The wait was a bit long, but ordering ahead or using their app would definitely solve that problem.
